Projects & Developments

The GCHKP is evolving to expand from its key partners and occupants to eventually generate $2.9 billion for the Gold Coast economy and support up to 26,000 jobs.

As a key legacy of the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games is realised, the former Athletes Village has transformed into a vibrant mixed-use community.

Meanwhile three sites are already earmarked for developments to commence from 2020 and an exciting co-working and innovation space, COHORT, has opened to enliven the Precinct.
